Vendor Booth Signup

Booth registration is open to all, not just Rattan Creek residents! Visit for application instructions and our FAQ page for any questions you may have.

What is it?

Rattan Fest is an annual neighborhood event, organized and run by the RCNA that offers the opportunity for your neighbors to set up booths showcasing whatever talents or products or businesses they have so that we can all support each other here in the neighborhood. Of course, vendor participation is not only limited to neighbors, so if an outside vendor is interested in our neighborhood we are interested in them!

In addition to booths and food trucks we will also have bands playing all afternoon featuring local musicians from the community.

Attendance is Free!

Attendance to Rattan Fest is absolutely free and open to the public! So there is every reason to stop by and check out the next one! We’re sure to have a wide variety of vendor booths, live musicians & bands, cool stuff from the Williamson County Sheriff’s Department and Jollyville Fire Department, a free keg or two (starting at noon-ish), food trucks, a massive bounce house for the kids, and of course your awesome neighbors!

Prohibition on Glass Containers

The MUD has a strict policy against having any glass containers in the Rattan Creek Park. We must ask that you do not bring any glass containers.

Where is it?

The location of Rattan fest is in the community center parking lot and adjoining park grounds along Elkhorn Mountain. Keep in mind that the community center parking lot will be closed to the public, and will be used for the giant bounce house, the food vendors, the Wilco Sherriff’s office, and the Jollyville Fire Department.

What to bring

With bands playing all afternoon, feel free to bring out a lawn chair or blanket, bring a cooler with drinks (but NO glass!) for yourself or to share, hang out with your neighbors and whoever else decides to show up, and just relax & enjoy the day.

Ranger Run 5K

The annual event is kicked off with the Ranger Run 5K. The RCNA used to sponsor and organize the 5K as a fundraiser for itself, however the RCNA decided in the past to hand this event off to the Deer Park Middle School PTA, at their request. So now all the organizing for the race is handled by them, and all the fundraising proceeds go to them. However, the RCNA is still very much involved and we always want all our local schools to have great success no matter what they are doing, or when.

Food Trucks

In the past we have had many food trucks and restaurants come and sell their tasty offerings some of which included

  • Chick-Fil-A
  • Kona Ice
  • Garbo’s (Lobster Rolls, Hamburger’s, Salad, soup)
  • Connor’s Creamery
  • “Just Like Mama’s” BBQ
